Thai cuisine is the national cuisine of Thailand. Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. A true delight to the senses, traditional Thai cuisine is characterized by its blend of hot, sour, sweet and salty flavors and its abundant use of fresh vegetables, grains, fruits, nuts and fish. City University of Malaysia will be selling mixtures of Thai food on the event day. People can buy and enjoy it. The Thai food lists are, mango sticky rice, Tom Yam, Som Tam, Pad Thai, green curry, Massaman curry, fried rice, spring rolls and further more.
