Malaysian food and cuisine is known for its rich and diverse flavors. As a multicultural society, Malaysia has inherited a wide range of cuisines and even created some of its own fusion blends that are unique and characterizing for Malaysian dishes. Even though, they are selling variety food from different countries, City University of Malaysia still gives important to our country's food. There are some popular dishes of Malaysia going to be in City University's food festival, such as Nasi Lemak, Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Kandar, Laksa, Satay, Rojak, Cendol Durian, Roti Canai, Roti Jala, Char Kuey Teow, Lok Lok, Popiah, Thosai, Idli, Putu Mayam, Chicken Biryani and the list goes on.
